Video only plays once processing finishes. If everything else plays and one does not, it is most likely still processing.
- A freshly rendered video needs processing time before it plays smoothly; until then only its cover image shows
- Reload the page after a few minutes
- Try another browser to rule out an extension
- If every video fails, check your connection and any content blockers
