Microdrama Workspace
One workspace for teams running dozens of titles at once.
Studio was built for one person. Workspace is built for an organisation: many projects, members with distinct roles, an approval path before anything goes into production, and a record of who changed what.
- Projects, titles, episodes, and scenes in one structure
- Approvals and age ratings before a title enters production
- Activity and audit trails on every change
What sets it apart
Organisations and roles
Members join by invitation with an explicit role, from owner to producer, so who may approve what stops being a verbal agreement.
Projects and titles
Group work by project, then break it down into titles, episodes, and scenes that different people can work on in parallel.
Approval flow
A title is submitted, reviewed, then approved or rejected with a note, and only enters production once it passes.
Age ratings
Each title carries an SU, 13+, 17+, or 21+ rating on the scale Indonesian OTT services use, and the rating stays with it through release.
Tasks, notifications, activity
Task lists, notifications, and an activity history make stalled work visible before it becomes a problem.
Billing and audit logs
Organisation billing and audit records stay in one place, which matters for teams that answer to a client for their process.
Who it is for
Production studios
Teams running many titles at once who need clarity on who is doing what.
Agencies and brands
Client work that requires staged review and a record of every approval.
Publishers and IP owners
Organisations adapting an existing story catalogue into vertical format at volume.
Common questions
How is this different from Microdrama Studio?
Studio is a production tool for one person. Workspace adds the organisation layer on top: many members, roles, projects, approvals, organisation billing, and audit trails.
How do we get access?
Through the sales team. Email contact@microdrama.id with a short description of your team and how many titles you run, and we will set the workspace up.
Is each organisation's data separate?
Yes. Every organisation stands on its own and an account belongs to exactly one organisation, so one team's work never mixes with another's.
Is the interface available beyond English?
Yes. The Workspace interface ships in ten languages, including Indonesian, Chinese, Hindi, Spanish, Arabic, Portuguese, French, Russian, and Japanese.
Tell us the shape of the team, we will set up the space.
One paragraph about your headcount and the titles in flight is enough to start.
