Credits are refunded automatically when a job fails or is blocked by the content filter. The refund lands in permanent credits.
When a job fails, its credits come back without you asking. Refunds always land in the permanent bucket rather than the daily one, so they do not expire at midnight.
The credit usage history in Studio marks refund rows separately, so you can confirm it yourself before contacting support.
