The captcha will not load or keeps failing

A captcha is used on sign-up, sign-in, and forgot password. If the widget does not appear within twelve seconds, you will see a message saying the captcha failed to load.

• Disable ad blockers and privacy extensions for this page
• Try a different network, such as mobile data instead of office wifi
• Open a private window, which usually runs without extensions
• Check that your device's date and time are correct
