Request a 4 digit code from the forgot password page. If your account was created with Google, there is no password to reset.
- Open the sign-in page and press Forgot password.
- Enter your account email and clear the captcha.
- Check your email for a 4 digit code. It is valid for 15 minutes.
- Enter the code, then your new password twice. Minimum 8 characters.
If you did register by email and it still does not arrive, check your spam folder first, then contact support and tell us which address you used.
