Building a cast and keeping faces consistent
Lock one reference image per character early. The model remembers nothing between requests, so resemblance has to be forced through a reference.
Each character has a name, a role (lead, supporting, or cameo), a description, a voice type, traits, visual notes, and an age. You can pick a face from the character library or upload your own reference image.
| What breaks resemblance | What to do |
|---|---|
| An angle far from the reference | Change the shot angle. Losing one angle is cheaper than losing the face |
| Very different lighting | Lock one lighting mood per location |
| A small face in the frame | Move up to chest up |
Forms are alternate looks of the same character: a childhood version, a signature costume, a transformed state. Each form gets its own character sheet.
